Rising featherweight Brian Ortega will put his undefeated record on the line when he battles 45-fight MMA veteran Clay Guida at UFC 199 in June.
The announcement was made Wednesday via UFC Tonight.
Ortega touts a perfect 10-0 record and is unbeaten in his three fights inside the Octagon. He last two wins have come by way of finish against tough veterans Diego Brandao and Thiago Tavares, respectively.
Guida has tallied wins against the best of the best in the UFC featherweight and lightweight divisions, scoring victories against the likes of Anthony Pettis, Takanori Gomi, Rafael dos Anjos and Nate Diaz, and has taken home Fight of the Night six times in his UFC career. He’ll be looking to get back into winning form against Ortega.
