Aldo hits out at McGregor, Pearson calls out Sanchez, Hunt eyes rematches

Jose Aldo has slammed UFC featherweight champion Conor McGregor for his UFC 196 defeat to Nate Diaz.

“He’s a lion when he’s attacking, but a kitten when he’s getting beat up,” Aldo told Esporte Espetacular.

“Everybody saw in his eyes that he’s just a p—- that quits when he’s getting beat up.

“That’s what we saw.”

“It’s like, you mother (expletive),” he said.

“You got away that night. I love Diego, I love what he’s all about.

“He’s an old school guy and stands in the middle of the cage and he fights.

“But there’s no way he won that fight. The world knows it.”

And finally, heavyweight knockout artist Mark Hunt has revealed he’s open to rematches with Junior dos Santos, Stipe Miocic and Fabricio Werdum.

“I’d fight any of the top guys,” Hunt said.

“I could rematch any of those guys – JDS, Stipe, the guy with the belt…Fabricio.

“I’ve never lost a rematch, so I’d like to rematch any one of those guys.”
