Mysterio shocked the WWE Universe two months ago when he made a surprise comeback at the men’s Royal Rumble match.
However, that was proven to be a one-night thing as the the three-time world champion didn’t appear on any other WWE show following the Rumble.
Rumours have been suggesting for months that The Master of the 619 will return to Mania and ultimately rejoin the WWE roster.
Mysterio, however, quashed the speculation insisting that he wants to take time to treat an arm injury and hopefully regain his fitness by next month.

“It’s a full tear but I’m just gonna kick back, do some therapy for it and hopefully I’ll be ready next month.”
Mysterio hurt his arm during a Northeast Wrestling indie event earlier this month but the injury is not considered to be serious.
