This is Paige VanZant Workout

Paige VanZant pulled off a workout that would probably put me in the hospital.

Now, I know what most of you are already thinking. You’re thinking, “But wait David, you’re clearly an athletic dude.” You probably think I was only a step or two away from playing quarterback in the NFL, point guard in the NBA, being a superstar NHL player or being the first guy in the WNBA to average 50 points per game. 

I’m not going to get into that debate right now. I’ll let you you guys figure that out on your own time. What I will get into right now is the fact the workout video she posted late Wednesday night would probably result in me breaking my neck. 

VanZant stood on a balancing ball while throwing strikes as her coach pulled her back. 

Dead. I would be dead if I tried that. There’s zero chance I’d last more than a couple seconds on a balancing ball while throwing punches and being restrained without falling. 

There might have been a point in my life where I was an elite athlete and averaged less than two points per game on a state title team, but those days are long gone. 

I almost want to go out right now and attempt this workout just to see if my hypothesis is correct. Now, that would be outstanding content. Will I live or will I mortally wound myself? This what the fans tune in for. (SLIDESHOW: 71 Times Samantha Hoopes Stripped Down)

Attempting this might not be my worst idea, but it’s certainly the most dangerous one I’ve had in a very long time. I guess that’s why VanZant is a UFC superstar and I’m not.
