This thug was harassing women and being a nuisance until security showed up to confront him.
The guy said it wasn’t him, and that security had the wrong guy. The man was cuffed, but while he was being taken in he said it wasn’t his fault, that the guard asked him to fight and he obliged. In Washington, that would be perfectly legal.
The guard’s supervisor said he was off-duty at the time of the fight.
Another guard had to step in and break up the fight.
The other guy from the fight makes it sound like the guard just came up and attacked him, but the man was allegedly harassing a woman. The fact that the guard was off-duty just means he was probabally on his way to or from work, or on a break.
